Costs and payment
Does Zenavie cost anything?
No. Exploring, comparing, messaging clinics and the video consultation are free for patients; providers pay Zenavie.
When do I pay, and to whom?
Once, when you book: one payment for the treatment, stay and transfers. Zenavie holds it and pays each provider after their service, so you are never charged twice.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free cancellation up to 14 days before the treatment. After that, the clinic's own cancellation policy applies; you see it before you pay.
Booking
Do I need a consultation before booking?
For treatments that need a doctor's check first, yes — a free video consultation, then the clinic's quote. Some cosmetic treatments can be booked straight away.
How is the order of results decided?
By verified patient reviews, activity on Zenavie, category scores such as credentials and capacity, and how often the procedure is done. A place cannot pay to rank higher; sponsored places are labelled.
Your trip
Do I have to travel abroad?
No. Zenavie works just as well for treatment in your own city or country, or while you are already travelling.
What if plans change during the trip?
A driver who doesn't come, a full hotel, a delayed flight or a missed treatment day are handled for you — same price, nothing extra. You see every change in My journey.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes. Add travelling companions when you book; the stay and transfers are set for everyone, with connecting or accessible rooms if you need them.

Who sees my medical documents?
Only the providers you choose, and only once you share them. You can see and change what each clinic can open in Profile › Privacy & data.
