The rules for using Zenavie — and who is responsible for what.

Draft — the final text is being prepared and reviewed, and may change before Zenavie opens.
Who you contract with
Zenavie is an intermediary. For every service you book, your contract is with the provider of that service — the hospital, clinic or doctor for your treatment, the hotel for your stay, the airline or transport company for your travel — and that provider is responsible for it.
1. What Zenavie is
Zenavie is an online platform that helps you find, compare and book healthcare and travel services offered by independent providers: hospitals, clinics and doctors, and the hotels, transport companies and other services around a treatment.
2. Zenavie is an intermediary
For each service you book, your contract is with the provider of that service: the hospital, clinic or doctor for your treatment, the hotel for your stay, and the airline or transport company for your travel. Zenavie is not a party to those contracts and does not provide medical services.
Each provider is responsible for the service it delivers, including the medical care, its results and any complications. Zenavie is responsible for running the platform with care: showing providers’ information as they give it to us, checking their licences before they appear, and passing your payment and messages on.
3. Medical information
Guides, descriptions and prices on Zenavie are general information, not medical advice. Whether a treatment is right for you is decided with your doctor, after a consultation.
4. Prices and quotes
Prices shown before a consultation are estimates. The provider confirms a personal quote after the consultation; the confirmed quote says what is included.
5. Booking and payment
When you book, you make one payment through Zenavie for the whole package, and Zenavie passes each part on to the provider concerned. The payment terms, any deposit and the cancellation rules of each service are shown before you pay, and form part of your agreement with that provider.
6. Your account
Keep your log-in details to yourself, and give information that is true. You can close your account at any time.
7. Reviews and sponsored places
Only patients who travelled for a booking can review its provider, and a score shows only once there are enough verified reviews. Reviews must be honest; Zenavie removes those that break the rules.
Sponsored places are always labelled as sponsored. Payment never changes a provider’s ranking or score.
8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows which version you are reading. Questions: use Contact at the bottom of every page.
